Shipping policy

Parcels will be sent after 2-3 days after you have placed your order. You can expect to receive your Fadade Jewelry after 4-5 workdays in France and about 7 days in Europe. 

If after the order is placed, there is a product that happens to be out of stock, we will reach out to you ASAP to find a solution. Usually, either wait a little for the item to be back in stock, or find a replacement product.

Once the parcel has left our hands, there is nothing we can do to accelerate the delivery time.
